You didnt mention your router password - is it strong and have you turned off the ability to remotely access your router in its config?

It's not strong in the sense of containing upper and lower case letters, numbers and characters. It’s a word but not found in any dictionaries.

Be very wary of Rapport we have had some major issues with it. It's fine if used on a dedicated website, such as Nat West on line banking but when you use it as general AV protection it's useless. As Sp!ke says AVG or Avira is the answer but personally I like AVG as I find Avira too resource intensive.
