Try giving mercman a ring, he may have a set in cream. There are two leather interiors on ebay at the moment but none of them are cream.

would have had black mate but i think cream will go with blue ok

its like a greyish colour cloth

If its grey then puting in a cream interior and changing the door cards wont do the job well as it will look odd with all the other bits such as the dash, kick panels, seals and other trims which will still be grey. This colour should match better without the need of changing everthing else, could do with a good clean though:

I can put you in touch with someone who can re-trim your interior in any Mercedes leather/colour you choose. He did my A class, including the front centre armrest. He also fitted a full set of AMG nappa leather seat coverings into a new ML for us. Work is a very high standard and he will cover/trim anything you like! I quite fancy a leather dashboard

Wont be easy to fit them as these are fully electric, heated & orthopedic.
