G wagens are made in Graz Austria by Steyr Puch.
I get some of the spare parts I need to keep my G wagen on the road from this very company who actually make them for MB.
They are often cheaper than the identical part from Mercedes Benz parts dept. They also stock parts that are NLA from Mercedes.
You can find them here:
Parts are listed for military versions, but are shared with most W460's they are very helpful and shipping is pretty fast.
You will also find obscure small parts that Mercedes does not even list separately.
