G63 2013, command online & iphone 5s

Hi guys

Am new to the forum here.. have a quick question. I just bought a G63 pre jun 2013 and use an iphone 5s. I'm with o2 in the UK and have selected the provider under system settings but unfortunately cannot get data to work.

This is really annoying as I'm hearing/reading that there is a BT problem preventing the compatibility (for data useage).

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? Is it a firmware/software/hardware issue? I know that Apple is notoriously known for changing BT tech constantly but its driving me banana sandwich.

I cant believe that in this day and age and with so much tech that these compatibility issues still exist. :fail :fail :fail

It is not because Apple changing their BT tech but because they are not changing it. They never enabled bluetooth dial-up on their products (I'm absolute sure their chipset platform supports DUN but they don't want to enable it).

what muppets... so is there nothing we can do to change that or make data work with the iphone 5s ?

Nope, it just doesn't work though why on earth Command gives you the option to select O2 with a iPhone setting is beyond me. It's a known limitation albeit annoying.
