Gear box??

My car judders quite violently when I attempt to pull away hard. It's only in first gear straight away then stops and pulls hard through all the gears fine. It's a e320 cdi w211. It's done 160k miles
Any1 got any idea's what could be the problem???

It was a joke but I've done it myself on rare occasions lol. Not in the Merc so far though.

Lol ok. It doesn't happen every time I pull away tho. Probably 1 in 5 times
