Gearbox issues, lost drive

Hi, new to this group and hope someone can shed some light. My car W203 220 CDI auto, lost drive suddenly, no forward or reverse, nor by using manual mode. When in drive, throttle is unresponsive but revs up fine in neutral and park. After a while it will drive a few yards and then stop. Car was driving perfectly beforehand. Anyone else had a similar problem.

Pleased to say problem now fixed, dropped the gearbox sump pan and cleaned everything out, flushed the filter, refilled with fresh oil and it drives fine now.

if you did all that in 34 mins I'm impressed. It was probably low on ATF

Yeah right 34 minutes must be a world record. Did that include changing the pilot bushing ?
