genuine Gateway

Whats involved in fitted a genuine gateway in the vito for future upgrades like Dab.
I have found a used one cheap and harness, or part harness, its a 203 part number.
Is it worth it or not as I am planning on fitting Dab and MB cannot code as they cannot even find the retro fitted NTG2.5.

Is it just on the canbus?

I am looking to get a Sprinter one fitted, my dealer are trying to find out if they will be able to code the gateway to my van.

Why not go for a Vito one?

The only reason I am looking to get it fitted is because I would like the COMAND unit to be recognised and coded by STAR, just incase I get an "anti-theft protection" message on the screen.

Did you buy your ntg2.5 used or new?

Thanks for that, it looks the same, it just the wiring that will be a problem.
My ntg2.5 was used and no problems until I wanted to turn on the camera, then nothing came up on star, not even audio 5? and like I say the guys at comand on line did it for me.
