Wild guess here.... Looks like he may have finished breaking it and then randomly scattered the pile of bits in his front garden. Were this to have been photographed in the Middle East I would understand the Katyusha rocket tubes sticking out the pile of bits.

I would also guess from the pics, of what I think was once the interior (could be a mock up of the tardis) that he is a horologist who likes to carry his hobby with him.

If you had an old bomb crater in your garden that requires filling then this indeed could be the deal of the week. Only if it stays at it's present inflated price.
