glove box removal

is there any instructions about for the removal and refitting of the complete glovebox on a w203.the door used to open nice and slow"like on a spring or damper"but is just dropping for some reason..

The problem is with the control arm near the right hinge. It must have popped out of its groove. No need to remove it as far I know ... just a flashlight and some patience.
