Ive got my car in bits to change the glow plugs but the caps wont budge. How are they held on? is there some clip that I cant see....help its starting to snow

Thanks dieselman, I did it with a pair long nosed pliers.
Glow plugs at Merc £20.00 each!! Got them from a wholesaler for £6.20 each

mercedes lanchester just quoted me £258.00 to change 2 glow plugs.....
I dont think so !!!!! independent charged £120 for job including 6 new plugs and had car back in 2 hours, ..........dec 2008:bannana: mike
