Green flag recovery

I have just noticed that green flag will only transport a broken down vechile 10 miles or a suitable repairer.Whats the best recovery company that will transport you to your home address.??

Racall, i got trapped by this clause with the RAC when my gearbox failed. they wouldnt tow me back 64 miles to my local indipendent and would only tow me to a garage 10 miles radius, i thought recovery meant RECOVERY! until i read the small print.

in the end the prestige car specialist came with his truck and took the car back.

I then took "home start" off my RAC and added "relay", this way if I breakdown at home the indi MB specialist isnt far to either tow or call him out to!

I tend to register my breakdown cover at another address other than home, so dont need home start.
