Grille change on w212 or s212

The vertical grill looks like something off a bmw. Not a fan imho

Another snap of the Panamerica grill on the W212 pre-facelift.
I don't prefer it over the standard grill but it's not terrible, and each to their own.

Looks a bit too Cheshire Cat for me. On a coupe I think it’s passable but not with the gunsight as well.

I reckon it wouldn’t work on my palladium silver but works okay on the black. Maybe a black coupe?

Spot on, I have a palladium silver and you are right it does not work. I was given an upgraded grill so to speak the one with the big star. I had it on for about ten minutes when I decided it was not right, Like you said looks OK on a black car but not for me. Its not that its more classier but the original grill suits the car. It could be to do with the double lights not sure.
