Hand held tester/lead's and software value

I've got a HHT in my garage, lead's multiplexer and software all in working order but I've got no use for it now and I've got no idea what's it's really worth now. I've looked on eBay etc and nothing comes up as they are rare now.
Has anyone seen or bought one recently and could give me a rough idea of it's value?
