Happy New Year from all at PCS and some news.

Congratulations on the new startups Olly, I wish you every success.
The R129 is a shrewd choice--- long production run----- old school Merc construction standards- but with better safety and paintwork. The much vaunted R 107 is a classic but inevitably the ravages of time mean most decent cars have required extensive body repairs /renovation by now and prices are very high for sound cars. The R129 has all the hallmarks of a new affordable MB classic in the making.:thumb:

Happy New Year to you too Olly and best of luck with the Corporate stuff as well.

Congratulations Ollie, Good luck with your new ventures.

Steve

The first month is now under our belt with RJC Lots of learning and lots of positive feedback. Having a female driver has been a huge positive. Our clients don't expect it and are surprised. At the airport Pauline will often be the only female private hire driver. I've just sold my beautiful ML to get an S-Class for the chauffeur work. It's magical to drive and the best car to be driven in. The sales business is doing well too. Sticking to 129's and preparing them to a high standard seems to be paying off. PCS now has over 3000 customers. Every day is busy. I'm still in the workshop myself 5 days a week enjoying my trade as ever. I can't imagine not fixing Mercedes for a living, ever!

Many congratulations Olly.
When I first joined the Forum, you were telling us all that you were nervous about setting up on your own.
Soon after, I drove 200+ miles from Wirral for a checkover and service on a W219 I had recently bought. You and Jack gave it a clean Bill of Health and it has now covered 205,000+ miles and takes me to and from Spain twice yearly.
Well done to you and all of the Team.

Regards
John

Well done mate I'm pleased for you. It's a shame you are not around here as I am about to place a contract for chauffeur services for all my guys.

Looking forward to Benz on the green
