hard starting e320cdi

I've managed to figure out why my vehicle is hard to start in the morning, or sort of. Basically, I need to turning the key to position two for a a few seconds two times before starting. If I don't its hard to start. So it's something to do with the fuel lines possibly? It's a 2010 model. What should I check for?

Common issue for diesel to leak back to the tank overnight via injector lines or one of the fuel pumps . Two cycles of the ign will prime the system and cost you nothing.

I found out after changing all 6 glow plugs and relay ,made no difference whatsoever.

Do you get any white smoke after a cold start? If you do then the glow plug relay could be the culprit.
