Help! a class advice needed before tomorrow.

got my a class up for sale and someones looking at buying it but on the test drive the drivers side front spring cup has broken. i need to know a price for one before tomorrow has anyone had to buy one? also how much would an instrument cluster for a w168 a140 out a breakes be and what breakers should i try?

The spring cup is part of the strut assembly which you have to buy in its entirety I think. You are best renewing front suspension elements like this both sides at the same time. Sorry misread the diagram. So could be lots cheaper for parts but you would still need to dismantle the front strut to effect a repair. I would still check those front springs tho.

excellant thank you very much thats exactly what i was looking for, I needed the price to work out how much to adjust the price of the car by. does anyone know any breakers with a w168 A140 for the instrument cluster?
