Help! Head gasket???

Hello! I have a C200 Kompressor (1997) with 198 000 Km's on it. In October I chabge the water pump because the coolant was getting bronw... But now the problem came back: bronw coolant; the same color on the oil; lack of oil... The car dosn 't get hot and don't appper any light on the dash!




If ins't the head gasket what can it be?
