Help me fix contour seats - CLS

Going to test the motor properly tomorrow night - if it's duff I'll see if I can get it going

Second item to check then would be this reservoir

Update to my dynamic seat problem.
The system pipework is leak free now I have glued the broken spigot.
Still slow to charge so I stripped the pump down and found that there is a steel mesh filter on the inlet and it was clogged up, also the non return valve on the outlet was covered in gunk so that was cleaned up too.

I noticed whilst I was in there that the impellor vanes were worn and will soon fall out of the slots but not immediately.

Anyway, I reassembled the pump, refitted it and it pressurised the whole system in about 10 seconds.
The filter blockage must have been stopping the air flow and causing the pump to time out before it reached full pressure (2.2 bar).
I have just been speaking to a very nice chap who sells an impellor kit on ebay and he confirmed that it will fit my pump.
When the kit arrives I will take some photos and do a howto on cleaning this filter if anyone would like to see.
The excessive running of the pump will have prematurely worn the vanes on the pump and will end up with a seized pump.

any update Tony?

my seats work 95% of the time now - however you do get the odd snippet of the pump timinig out early I think due to the motor not been used frequently. I still have not stripped it down to clean and de-carbon as suggested above but I do intend to

Interesting re the gunk and clogged filters..
