Help Needed in Finding a Picture

I would like to ask all of you for some help with my new Business card. I would like to Find a Suitable Frontal picture of a W211 Silver E-Class to replace the car in the picture shown. I have tried unsuccessfully to find an identical picture of an E-Class that looks identical to the VW (No background, Frontal only, etc) all to no avail, hopefully, one of you out there may just have the right picture for me that will complete my Business Card. Anyone's help would be greatly Appreciated,

I think the issue of using Mercedes (or any other) manufacturer's registered marks on publicity has been discussed before. IIRC it's something IBW came up against.

Having said which; does it have to be an E-class?

Does it have to be silver?

Does it have to be a full-frontal (snarf) shot?

Thanks for all your replies, Yes, I want it to be a Silver W211 because that is the car I will be using for my type of work (Chauffeurring) and I think it will represent my services better than a VW,

Yes I have a few issues. However it is only with the three pointed star. I had a long meaningful discussion with the Dealer Principal on this subject and presented him with my much modified logo, which he approved of and wished me luck. Photographs of cars, as long as you have the owners permission to publish them, are ok.

I had issues with DC legal department too... I had to comply to certain rules, change a lot of my website and also had to pay a fine.. not as much as P&S motors though who paid in excess of £30K!

whatever you do, do not use a pic from their website and do not show the three pointed star.

I can take an almost Identical Picture of my own car, but what I am not good at will be removing all of the Background Scenery and leaving it looking like the Background Scenery hasnt been removed, If you know what I mean,

Park it up agaist a clear background, like a completely white garage door, line yourself up with the centre star (close one eye) walk back until its all in shot.

Then post it on here & ether myself or someone else can cut it out in Photoshop for you.

Who would know whose car that is without the number plate????? And who would care??? And surely when they say no MB star they mean no star on its own as a logo not on a car..

I would love to take my car out to a white Garage door and take a picture, but last night, after picking a Passenger up at London City Airport and proceeding to take them to Billericay, I was Passing under a bridge on Royal Docks road when Some Kids (At least I presume they were Kids) Threw some items from a Bridge above (A Bike Lock and a couple of large pieces of Tree) which landed on the Bonnet and Bumper of my Car, Damaging the Bonnet and the Bumper as well and taking off the Number Plate, so, my car is not cosmetically fit to appear in any Photo Shoot!!

I think you would be ok with shudes version... to be fair you could leave the star on it too as itsalready part of the car, you have not added it to make it look like your business is related to Mercedes..

They were my thoughts and thats why he did it.

Its odd that MB would object in this instance as it looks good for them that a MB is being used
