HELP w211 e220 injector replaced and now black smoke?

hi all, 2 of my 4 injectors were leaking and got them replaced from my local garage and now alot of black smoke from back, could you please give me an idea of what could be the problem. car was running perfect before this injector issue.
no errors/codes on computer, and he cleaned all pipes and egr etc..

Did the garage use Star Diagnostic computer to calibrate the ECU with the injection specifications supplied with the new injectors?

Not done this myself, but a fellow forum member borrowed my Star Diagnostic computer to perform the calibration after sending his injector off to be refurbished by a reputable company and finding the car was smoking.

part numbers of new injectors matching your engine? EGR surely ok and functioning?

i am not sure. and he told me he cleaned egr 2 3 times so its very clean & functioning as it should.

i dont know if he calibrated the ecu with injection specification. he just fitted a new injector
