Help with Navigation system fited to W211

I have a E class W211 registered January 2003 the CD suplied is not an original and the system will not read the later DVD can anyone help with an update of this software which was writen in 2002

I think your car has the Audio radio CD navigation system, if tis is the case, it will NOT be able to operate the DVD. This is used on newer vehicles with COMAND DVD based navigation system?
