I have had my E reg, c180i now for about two months and after fixing the idle problem (thanks very much forum members, removed and cleaned throttle body). I now need help with transmission levels. I think its been over filled, when i take out the dip stick there are two levles, one max and one min, depending on temp ( i think). Their is nothing in the haynes manual about it and nothing in the owners book. I am not going to take it to a stealer, so a photo would be great of correct marks. Any chance please kind members? There is a slight oily gunk around the rad cap, so due to the cars age i am hoping that the rad is leaking trannie fluid into rad water. I know it could be head gaskit, but due to the trannie fluid ( i hope) being over filled this is the cause.
