Hi new to mercedes world, but iv got problems already!

Hi iv just bought a clk 270 w209, the old esp problem is happening and iv read as much as possible on the forum, took the car to be tested on star! Anyway steering angle sensor is at fault, now the one iv took if my car,has the part number
A2095400145 8j06
But iv found a second hand one, that looks identical but the part number is
A2095400345 7f04
Will the steering angle sensor still work, as like I said it looks spot on, wires and everything are same colours,and only 1 number off??

The trouble is a steering angle sensor is quite a common problem. If you buy a used one it may be no better than what your replacing. I don't think there is any way of visually inspecting them.

You pay you money and take your choice, it may work out cheaper.
Have you compared it to the price of a new part?
