Oh dear :( I think thats out the window now,as its been over 24hrs.

Im a lot better now no more stiff neck, so thankfully no trips to A&E :)

Depends on whether there were any injuries - either way, the insurance company couldn't care less whether you get arrested for leaving the scene of an accident etc...
