Hi guys, just wanted to see if anyone has much experience of the HK setup in the W164?
I have just picked up an 08 facelift model ML with the HK fitted. I was quite looking forward to it. I know a lot of people slate the "high end" music systems sold in BMW's, Audis and MB but I have had a few over the years and alwys really liked them.
The last I owned was a HK system in my C55 and thought it was really good too.
This however in the ML is truly awful and I am so taken back that MB every had the cheek to charge extra for it!
Hopefully there is something I am missing or perhaps a firmware update for Comand that improves this. To me it needs severe adjustment in the mid range...but there is no option to do this. Only Bass, Treble and Logic 7 on/off.
So does anyone else have any pointers?
