How does this Phone thing work

If I push the buttons on it the thing bleeps , does any one know how to work this device

That would be nice but ever since I have had the car I can not work out how to do this

And did you try and make any calls while paired?

It's a Sony Ericsson adapter.

Try pressing and holding the middle button between + and - and see if it'll pop up as available bluetooth device on your phone.
