No its a petrol, I owned an omega 2.5 TDX a few years ago, great car other than the terrible BMW engine, nearly all the JD power Omega breakdowns where the BMW engine, maybe they kept the decent ones for themselves

BMW diesel in the Omega is a dog same one as they fit in the Range Rover massive problem with the dual mass flywheel on manual models steer well clear
