how much clk carlsson worth?

hi i ave a 2003 mercedes clk 270 cdi full CARLSSON factory upgrade.i was wondering in anyone can help and tell me what sort of money this is worth as im trying to sell it and dont no much about mercedes.pics in attachment.

To be honest mate,that was cheap if you consider that the kit and alloys cost around half your asking price .The only thing is that the right buyer was`nt there

Just out of interest, why did you buy a car like that if you knew nothing about Mercedes?!

What does the Carlsson 'upgrade' add? Nicer wheels, different body kit? Anything else? Possibly worth a little more than a standard CLK270.

Good start would be to use Auto Trader, Pistonheads etc as a price comparison site. See what similar ones are going for.

Agree it looks very nice, and being a 270 you'd expect it would have attracted some interest.

Write up a decent advert for it and try PistonHeads or even this site (once you've got a high enough post count).

He doesn't have to know anything about Mercedes to buy a car like that. He saw it, liked it, bought it. Simple.

As for your CLK Ricky, I'd suggest trying to advertise it on Piston heads or auto trader, Ebay doesn't always have the correct audience for every car.

I think a kit like your's will make the car more saleable but won't add a lot of value. If it was me, I'd maybe pay a few hundred pound premium for a car with that kit. I'm not suggesting you sell it for that, it's just my opinion. I agree with others, put an advert on Autotrader, put it at your top price with offers, then lower to what you deem acceptable if you get no joy. I have just sold a car and all of my calls came from an Autotrader ad. It costs £40 for 3 weeks online/mag so lower at end of first week etc.
