hey folks

I bought my 3rd c63 (cracking deal) btw but the came with 18s

I managed to source a set of non cracked from multiple people and got them refurbed

This car is gonna be with me for a while more but I wonder what the price difference is for an c63 with 18s compared to 19s ? I had them resprayed in hyper silver

As much as someone is willing to pay.

I sold those 19s, fed up with the cracking, for two sets of standard 18s with winters and summers. I think the estate (and saloon) wears the 18s better than the coupe. No cracking, better ride and cheaper tyres.

I agree but you can't get PS4S in 18" so I run some 205 19" wheels for summer tyres.

The 18"s definitely are the choice for ride comfort. I was looking for a car with 18s, but they best example came with 19s.

I was going to switch them out, but the Goodyear F1s took the edge off the harsh ride.

I have cracked one in four years. It wasn't leaking, but was spotted and welded when refurbing.

The 19s do set it off much better in my opinion, I will be keeping the 18s for winter tyres

Mine are the same wheels and the laquer is failing but they don’t look right. Mine are clear on the face and gunmetal inside. I’m going to see if I can get them put back factory.

Black wheels with a diamond cut polished rim, were another cost option on top of the regular 19s. I think it looks great on a light coloured car.
