What’s the brightness like in comparison to OEM? Difficult to judge on the video.

Virtually identical. Can't really tell between them. I guess it depends if you get cheap ones or not...

Had a couple of PMs regarding if these cause errors on dash.

If your car is older with filament bulbs within your wing mirrors (eg, Facelift W208, early W203s) then these will. Others all newer cars have LEDs within the wing mirror indicators. So no errors will occur.
