HRE Wheels HRE FF01 BOUGHT!!

Hi Team,

Sorry for the delay, various persons have asked me about the HRE wheels,

How much and who from, Right, they are from..

HRE FF01 wheels UK FF01 Black

And cost £ 2130.

As you all know I was hoping to get a deal off Merc UK for the correct wheels on my 507 But Merc uk and AMG did not want to know,

And the best MY Dealer, Merc Willowbrae Edinburgh could do is give me them trade to them, Still just under £3k..at least they tried,

So in the end I just decided *uck it, take the pain and buy the HREs,

Delroy at prestige wheels has been very good and done me a very good deal I think, so highly recommended so far!! ( bear in mind coms are tricky as I am on a DSV off Italy just now )

So with a wee bit luck they will be on in the next few weeks :bannana:
And now I am keeping the WS507 Acid and I are sorting a few things out!!

Seem as though they are pretty lightweight too, do you know how they compare with the originals? Are original 507 wheels forged or cast?

19s lee, I don't want to destroy the ride, I was offered 20 inch Brabus wheels but a bit "bling " for me and 20s on our roads? no no no...

Now Lee and Scott, go buy M5s straightaway and sell me your bits at 50% off!!

@ Simon, these are forged I don't know about the std ones, That are not in stock here OR Germany and they cant tell you a delivery date UNTIL YOU ORDER THEM!!!

Nice choice H20 MRV.

HRE's are usually made to order so you get exact fitment for car i.e offset etc.

OEM wheels are cast.

I had a issue and they were superb in helping resolve it despite MB uk saying there is nothing further we can do for you on a 15 month old car.

It was pissing me off to the point I did not want the car anymore, But then I started looking at some pics and though wtf, Get the HREs and get on with life,

( though as I have said Merc Edinburgh have been great )

Get pictures up when fitted, should look and suit the C63 well. I am trying hard to not do wheels or suspension on this car after spending 20k on an Audi S3 not including the car!
