iCarSoft CR Pro or MB V3.0?

I had an iCarSoft MB V2.0 but it wouldn't do forced regen on my 2009 212 (displayed 'Vehicle Not Supported' even with latest updates), I now need to re-code an injector, am I likely to have more luck with the iCarSoft CR Pro or MB V3.0? is the MB V3.0 the later version? I noted on the website that it auto detects the vehicle where the CR Pro doesn't mention.

The CR Pro doesn't auto detect the vehicle. This surprised me since my £45 cReader manages it.

iCarsoft CR Pro, and it will do a forced DPF regen on my 2014 E220 w212., if that's any use to you?
