Icarsoft MB V2 gurus please

Apparently no BMS on my car only from 2016 build onward. Still doesn't explain the icon missing on the scanner, maybe with the latest software (v23.02) its been moved to "diagnostics" menu.

Mercedes didn't sell the software to icarsoft yet . Is more likely.

I have the same scanner and despite it listing many features, you’ll find your particular model may not have access to all features and may only be accessible via Mercedes star. You could try updating which might help.

Can’t help but thinking if it’s in the function list then there must be a way for it to communicate with the module, unless perhaps there is/are stored fault code(s) related to the module that it can’t communicate with - in the mb v3.0 there is something called a quick scan mode which ironically takes a fair while (like a few minutes) to perform just wondering if that might be worth performing first to see if there are any faults are found in the modules it should be able to ‘see’ according to the function list.
