I can highly recommend Ben Cosgrove he's in Dublin but if you're having to visit Dublin you could leave it with him. Very reasonable price and very knowledgeable Mercedes guy. Find him at Benzworkshop on Facebook.

None as far as I know. I ended up buying & borrowing some equipment to do DIY diagnostics after 3 garages failed to fix emission problem (I fixed it!).

I hope someone will prove me wrong and post some contact details of good merc specialist.
