Can't say I've heard of them, but A&A Merctech in Hoddesdon have a good reputation. I personally haven't used them, but then I've only had my first Merc for a month! However, I will give them a try when my next service is due.

There is one in Letchworth. Hertfordshire Merx - About Us- The Independent Specialist For Mercedes-Benz in Letchworth Hertfordshire. Their web site sounds good. I'm tring them out at the weekend. Will let you know how i get on.
