Injectors Stuck open / Hydraulic Lock on E63 M156.985

Hi,I’ve bought a e63 w212 from a customer who has suffered the injector stuck open issue engine has covered almost 99K, just looking at for a full rebuild either supplied and possibility fitted. Any suggestion would be appreciated here, I would like to try and work with the engine I have, but its not a deal breaker if not.
