Hi, has anyone refurbished injectors on OM603 engine?? how much would it cost??

Mine were about £200 exchange for a set of six from a Bosch diesel specialist; for a later model OM606 engined w124.

Yup, use a recommended service centre which don't use the Indian made Bosch nozzles.

I used United diesel who charged around £30-35 per injector (OM605), have put a few other members onto them with good feedback.

The cheapest place i have found that sell the nozzles are: Helptoday Limited marine and automotive fuel injection parts

You will need the DN0SD265 which are £6.15 each. I'm sure if you buy them and then take them to a diesel specialist, they would charge you maybe 1 hour labour to replace them.
