Inphase under seat subwoofer on W212 instalation

Mercedes W212 E350 AMG Bluetec Night Edition Premium Plus
I should have this little Inphase subwoofer in my garage. Can this be connected in my W212 and if yes can someone please tell me the easiest way to do it? As the HK lack of bass I would like add something to it.
