Installing a cd changer in a Cclass

I have a C class 2003 and want to install a cd changer in the glove box. I have a mercedes cd changer A203 820 90 89.

Please could you let me know how I take the stereo out to install the leads.

What leads do I need? I understand that I need a fibre optic, but do I need any other leads. How long should the fibre optic cable be to fit from the stereo to the glove box.

The glove box already has a cd holder, but I do I take that out?
