Installing diffuser on a standard Executive SE model

Hello,

I have a 2015 W204 Executive SE Coupe and I am planning on having a custom quad exhaust system installed, however being a standard Executive SE model my rear bumper doesn't have a swappable diffuser. I think my only option would be to replace the rear bumper with a bumper from an AMG Line version. Is there anyway that I can just modify my existing bumper to incorporate a diffuser? If so, who should I go to? I would appreciate any advice! The image below shows which bumper I currently have.

Can't help, but am following this with interest (and hope someone will answer), as I have exact same question for my car, and for the same reason - although there's no OEM version for mine.
