Interior instrument switch lights

Hi All,

I have recently purchased my first CLK But there seems to be an issue with some of the instrument switches. When the ignition is switched on only some of the switches light up. It seems to be random too, it's not all the left or all the right side. All the instruments work and there are no blown bulbs. My question is, do each of the switches have their own bulb or is the light spread from one bulb via a perspex matrix thingy. Most importantly, can I sort it myself?

Correction to the above line "All the instruments work and there are no blown bulbs" It is meant to read "All the instruments work and there are no blown fuses"
