IP camera via TP link

As per the title is it possible to add an IP camera via a TP link?

we have a four channel NVR with two cameras connected but want to add a camera to the garage but don’t really want to run a cable.

Yes. You mean Ethernet Over Power or Home Link (TP Link is just one manufacturer).

That said, Ethernet Over Power can be temperamental, so the camera link will only be as good as the Ethernet connection. But other than that, the camera will work just as it would over Cat5e/Cat6a wire.
