iPhone doesn't ring through stereo W166

I have hooked my iphone 8 up to the Comand centre via bluetooth and all is good apart from when i get a call it doesn't make an audible ringing through the stereo. So unless my phone is sitting out and not in the arm rest i tend to miss calls anyone got any ideas ??

Try increasing the volume on the phone and on the head unit while it's actually ringing.
