You need to look at this from a different angle, you're buying a piece of business equipment, not a vehicle in the same way you buy a private car.

So you look at how much it will earn you and what it what cost to run, check this against how much it would cost you to build one....and somewhere in those numbers you'll find it's value.

It would help if you had a company called "Platinum Limos" - otherwise you might need a bit of an expensive repaint on the murals, and the external paintwork is certainly one of the attractive features of this one.

It's likely to be a vinyl sticker, a company on my business park does them plus entire vehicle wraps. Surprisingly reasonable.
