Just bought an E63

Hi all,
Just bought an E63. It's a w211 on a 09 plate. Picking up on Saturday. Can't wait.

Used to work at MB UK in Milton Keynes about 15 years ago but this is my first AMG. This forum has been very useful for researching.

I had a 2007 and loved it, couple of mods and it's the perfect all rounder.

Are you heading down to the Benz on the Green thing this weekend? Looks to be a good few of them going along.

W211 AMG's are the best.

W211 was my favourite ever MB. Mine was the E55 but still a good car, I think that they just look exactly how a Mercedes should do.

Picking it up on Saturday then I am sure there will be a few trips to do to get used to it. Coming from a Range Rover so used to the waftiness but the kick in the back on putting your foot down is something else. It is like going into hyperspace as the horizon rushes to meet you.

I can't wait to start tinkering and getting it just how I want.
