Congratulations on the overseas trip, that is a lifetime achievement in itself so hats off to you Looks like the car held up very well too, how many miles did you cover on the odometer?Spot the Shmee150 Ford GT, parked up in Monaco.
Cheers man, it was a great trip! We did some epic roads and tunnels, it was nice to properly open up the car and see how it does. What's strange is the car over the first 3 days seemed to get louder as it was driven in a more spirited manner. I couldn't believe how loud the downshift cracks from the exhaust were in S+. Total miles door to door are below. It translated to a £900 fuel spendCongratulations on the overseas trip, that is a lifetime achievement in itself so hats off to you Looks like the car held up very well too, how many miles did you cover on the odometer?
Must admit when I 1st read £900 fuel spend I thought eek! But put like that it was well worth it.That's surprisingly good, its a small spend for an epic, lifetime achievement and a good trip out with the family too
What a beauty.Coming up for 2 years of ownership, only car I owned longer was a V8 Vantage, still loving the C63 and can't find a better all-round car despite a lot of tyre kicking.
Beautiful colour, I’d quite like that shade now. The rear light clusters are a bit erm… but I always liked this shape of C Class. Very much dreamed of owning a C43 for a good while.Just thought I share some old archive, introducing my old timer W202 C180 with WALD bodykit. As far as I am aware, it was one of one in the UK, i imported the kit from Japan.
Mods included a trimmed down Avantguard grill taken from a W210, folding door mirrors and wiring harness pulled from a facelift W210. I managed to get hold of the ultra slimline boot lid spoiler and some clear tail light cluster from US. Suspension, i had installed no.1 pads all round with lowered springs.
I also disassembled the instrument cluster and installed some EL glow speedometer, fuel and temp gauges.
Air conditioning was aftermarket, Diavia Mercedes kit that I retrofit fitted.
Served it's purpose, sold to a car wash owner who imported it to Albania.
The colour was Aquamarine blue, I believe there was 7 shades of this paint code.
Not a cup of tea by today's standards but was a good run around car for it time.

My AMG GT R - Ive had it 2 x years now and its currently sitting at 15,000 miles on the clock.
Made a video of my E63, took a while to make a short clip. I'm an amateur and got a lot of learning to do. Hopefully should improve
