Bloody thing has knurled, it just spins off, not enough room round it to whack a socket over it....

Any Ideas?

I feel your pain.

I had the same - self inflicted - problem before Christmas with 2 wheels.

I tried everything before resorting to the drill. Surprisingly it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. The rear was worse as they have a deeper dish.
There are companies that offer this, but none near me.

Hmmm drill.....maybe, a friend has offered to weld a bar on

Is it the actual wheel bolt part that has rounded off or the key itself as the keys themself are quite weak and prone to rounding off

Snap on wheel bolt remover made for lost keys or rounded bolts, off in 10 seconds :thumb:

havent got any room round the head, its a tight fit

Drilled the bugger, im right down to the nitty gritty, but still havent separated the collar yet, trouble is I have a very wide threaded shaft

need to find some sort of grinding tube......woe is me

Yes I did the same.

Once drilled out, get a cold chisel and hammer it in and then twist it with a spanner or pipe wrench. It should snap the head off the shaft of the bolt. On my rear wheel I ended up drilling nearly 1" past where I needed to and it was held on by a fraction on one side.

Got it out, I used a 14mm masonary sds bit and tore the last bit out like butter

I have now dumped the bolts for standard ones, If anyone has code 313, Ive got a couple of spare bolts and a new key

You guys and my last sl made me so paranoid about this problem I go around every wheel bolt every couple of months to loosen the re-tighten !!

no problem with the bolts, its the bloody locking nuts

Yes I don't have any thank fook!! Had some on my other car and couldn't find the nut!! That was a right pain but found it in the wheel well so all good in the end

Drill them in the centre, take a long T50 torx and hammer them in forced, undo them! Job done! Worked for me

I used the torx, i now have no torx!.....

Never going to use them again, the car is locked away, never out of sight, and the keys are a bloody nuisance, especially when dolts at tyreshops cant understand "do not use with airgun"

The difference with these ones are:- the locking bolts are actual bolts that use a special socket as they are not symmetrical, and so you will not have the same issue with these again.
