Hi there, I'm trying to find stick on exhaust tailpipe covers for my 2010 E350 Mercedes but with no luck. I've tried everywhere. thank you.

Are you sure you've tried EVERYWHERE? I searched & searched & eventually found stick on dual outlet covers for my boggo basic 1.6 SLC - they look like those fitted by the factory for the top of the range SLC 43 model. Now to track down some AMG badges.
