Looking for some help -- Spare Wheel S218

Hoping someone out there can help.

My newish CLS (218 shooting Brake Facelift) came with a can of sticky stuff and a small compressor as the well under the back end is full of an Adblue tank. AS I may be driving a lot on the continent later in the year I would feel far happier with a space saver in with the luggage when in middle of Spain/Portugal.

Can anyone confirm whether the space savers on E Classes and the previous CLS models are all the same or even recommend a reliable source. I have seen a lot on the auction sites but none specifically for an S218.
