They'd look great on a W124 or possibly a 201 with careful tyre choices.

No, it's blue-black colour 199 probably, obsidian is 198 and is more like a very dark grey.

Also I just checked and those wheels are designed to fit a W126, so the W201 and W124 may require spacers or something to fit.

If they are for a W126 they will NOT fit a W124! They will stick out so spacers won't help.

You want them painted flat non metallic black.

Yes 197 is obsidian, 198 I must have made up, possibly smoke silver or something
